Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Made-to-Order Items
Please note that made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is crafted especially for you, and we appreciate your understanding.

Eligible Returns
All other items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned items have arrived at our studio and passed inspection.
